How to change your bots.

So i jailbroke my fone yesterday, and I was messing around in Ifile, lookin at the files of eliminate, when I stumbled upon a section with a file called "bot list".txt I edited it and found an entire list of all the Bots in eliminate! so I changed some of the names around stuff made it all these retarded names, and saved the file, and then looked around some more, and found the files that edit the bots behaviour. so basically I changed a bunch of shit around and saved it, then went back to eliminate, played a bot match and ended up playing against a "CrazyNigga" bot and a "JuicyNipples" bot xD. ill play around some more and snap some pics, plus include the folders that the files are located in so that you guys can try it too, if you have a jbed fone. anyway thought you guys might like this. BYE.



EDIT: probably shoulda put this in the tips and tricks section... Rawr if you wanna move it you can.

You cant do this anymore since the hack patch I dont think. But if you want to edit bot names still dont update to iOS 4 if you have a 3rd generation iPod

Actually, you can still do this. I haven't done it cause i'm just plain lazy. To any of those thinking you'd get banned, i don't see why you would since it doesn't affect anything you do WW or your account in a positive way.

But like I said, if you have a 3rd generation you cant jailbreak which means no ifile which menas no bot editing. I had ifile before and there waas some interesting stats for bots, like defense and damage and stuff.

Oh wow this is a really old thread. But anywaya just to clarify this for people. The newer generations now have a jailbreak as long as you have a SHSH Blob. I think.

can you explain to me what a SHSH blob is? I alway hear about it.

Apparently its something you need to back up to downgrade. I don't know much about it since i have a 2nd gen. Sorry xD.
